What are your business hours?

Online ordering is available 24/7.

My hours are

  • Monday thru Friday 9AM to 5PM
  • Closed Saturdays, Sundays, & ALL major holidays
  • If I see your message in the time frames we are closed I will try my best to respond otherwise you can look for a message first thing the next business day. 

How long does it take to get my order?

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our current TAT is 5-10 business days for most items unless stated otherwise in the items description. This does not include weekends or holidays.

When are new items added to the website?

New items are added daily and shared to our Facebook group throughout the week to spotlight them!

What if you are out of a shirt color?

If our warehouses are out of the shirt color you selected we will pick a similar color starting with the non-heather Bella+Canvas or move to a similar brand. If there are any issues, I will contact you.

What color will the design be on my item?

If the item listing did not require you to pick a color(s) the design will be made in the color shown on the listing.

Damage during wash?

We are not responsible for items to be damaged during the wash if you are unable to follow the proper care instructions stated above and every package includes a care card as well! If a damage does happen during the wash you can reach out to us in the "contact us" tab and we can discuss if you qualify for a partial refund/exchange in product. 

Order Delays?

If for some reason there is a delay with your order a message will be sent out via text/email.

Policies on Shipping:

Once your package is in the hands of UPS/USPS it is no longer my responsibility and I can not control what happens to it. Please use the Route Insurance when shipping.
Please verify address at checkout. If your address was entered incorrectly and gets lost it is not my responsibility. 

What is your return policy?

Every item is made to order, this is your item being made just for you. Due to our items being made to order, all sales are final. But if you have any issues with your order, please shoot us a message!

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation requests must be submitted through an email or our contact us section within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. 

Where is my order confirmation email?

An order confirmation email is sent out automatically when an order is placed. After confirming that your order confirmation email did not go to your spam/junk folder and you believe you are missing it, we would be happy to assist if you contact us at jsearcy08@live.com
