Policies, Turnaround Times, and Everything You Need to Know

📦 How long does it take to get my order?

Our current turnaround time (TAT) is 10–14 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

  • TAT begins the next business day after your order is placed
  • Weekends, holidays, and vacation days are not included in the production window
  • We always aim to ship quickly — but never at the expense of quality


🕘 What are your business hours?

Online ordering is available 24/7.

My business hours are:

  • Monday–Friday: 9 AM to 4PM CST
  • Closed Saturdays, Sundays & all major holidays

If you message me outside these hours, I’ll do my best to respond — otherwise, expect a reply by the next business day.


🛍️ When are new items added to the site?

New products are typically added throughout the week and shared in our Facebook group. Turn on notifications so you don’t miss a drop!


👕 What if my shirt color is out of stock?

If your selected shirt color is unavailable through our warehouse, we will substitute with the closest possible match — starting with Bella+Canvas non-heathered styles, or a comparable brand.

If there’s a major difference, we’ll contact you before production.

 

🎨 What color will the design be on my shirt?

If no color selection was required, your design will be made exactly as shown in the product photo.

 

🧼 What if my item is damaged in the wash?

Each order includes a care card — following those instructions helps your design last.

We are not responsible for washing-related damage due to improper care.

However, if something does go wrong, feel free to reach out using the Contact Us form and we’ll determine if you qualify for a partial refund or replacement.

 

🚨 What if there’s a delay with my order?

If we experience any delays with your order, you’ll be notified via email or text with an updated estimate.


✉️ Where is my order confirmation?

An order confirmation email is automatically sent when your order is placed.

Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

Still missing? Email us at designsbyjennleigh@gmail.com and we’ll resend it.

 

🚚 Shipping Policies

Once your package has been accepted by USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed items.

We highly recommend adding Route Shipping Insurance at checkout.

Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

 

🔁 What is your return policy?

Each item is made to order just for you, so all sales are final.

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us at designsbyjennleigh@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • A photo of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

 

🛑 Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase via email or our contact form to receive a full refund.
