Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All items are made to order and typically ship within 10–14 business days. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays. Boutique items are ready to ship & ship within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Method:
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided. Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Delivery Estimates:
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Please understand we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Local Pickup (If Offered):
Available in Watertown, WI – you’ll be notified when your order is ready!

Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not liable for packages lost or delayed in transit. If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number. Then email us — we’ll help however we can!
